    For most of his adult life, Sumit lived in a familiar cycle:

    Follow a plan for a few weeks → life gets busy → fall off → feel guilty → repeat.

    “I was living a lethargic life. There was no structure. My days were full of carbs, sugar, and comfort food. And when stress hit, food became my coping mechanism.”

    At 90kg and 41 years old, he realised he was at a crossroads.

    That’s when he found RNT.
    This is the difference between pictures:
    • Dropped 26kg in just over 8 months (90kg → 64kg)
    • Built structure into his busy life as a dad and professional
    • Sharper at work, stronger on the cricket field, more present at home
    • Went from passing out on tour buses to walking 30,000 steps a day on holiday
