    For over a decade, Kunaal fell into the same trap many men do: Bulking too long and confusing scale weight for muscle.

    At almost 6 feet tall, he went from 58kg in his teens to over 100kg in his 30s, convinced his size was pure strength.

    But behind the T-shirts, the truth was clear. He carried far more body fat than he realised, had no real structure, and injuries were starting to creep in.

    Every year, he set the same goal: “This is the year I’ll finally get lean.” But without accountability, it never happened.

    After 12 years of false starts and frustration, Kunaal decided to stop spinning his wheels and commit to RNT.
    With structure, systems, and accountability, everything changed:
    • Dropped 50lbs in 7 months
    • Waist shrank from 41” to 31”
    • Hit his strongest-ever lifts while losing fat
