    I’m always looking for ways to improve my focus.

    A question I’m asking myself at the start of each day at the moment is:

    “What is the one outcome I want to achieve by the end of the day?”

    Once the fires start at work or in business, it’s so hard to keep focus.

    So a mantra I picked up from the book, The ONE Thing, many years ago, was to “be a maker in the morning, a manager in the afternoon”.

    This one guiding principles has transformed the way I work and allowed me to always stay on top of my life’s 3 priorities:
    1. My physical health
    2. My wife and daughter
    3. My business
    Without it, I’d be stuck firefighting all day never getting anything done, never completing my workouts, and ultimately, never really present with my family.

    Give this question a go for the nex 7 days and see if it helps you - it could be the unlock to looking, feeling and performing at your best.
