    This week most of our UK Team got together for an early Xmas celebration.

    I always like to think entrepreneurship is a team sport. I love working with high performers who are entirely focused on one thing:

    Helping you use the physical as the vehicle to do things you never thought possible.

    I’m already getting PUMPED for 2024! 

    I’ve got a long-haul flight on Friday and the one thing I’m most excited about is the extra time and space to think about the future 🔥

    There’s nothing like 11 hours without WiFi to get the brain going!

    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better 


    1. What can you automate?

    Meals, meal timing, workout programmes, training times, bed times, clothing, work blocks…

    What can you “set in stone” each day to eliminate menial decisions?

    Never underestimate what a routine can do for your health and fitness!

    2. Try this the next time you want to snack.

    Without a doubt, snacking is the biggest problem many of us face when it comes to getting in (and staying in) shape.

    Two tips to help:
    • If you think you’re hungry / need a snack, drink water instead first. You might just be dehydrated.
    • Ask yourself if you’re actually hungry, or you’re bored / stressed / exhausted. If the latter, would a walk outside be a better option?
    3. Have you got your ticket?
