    It’s amazing to see them level up, push themselves and use the physical as the vehicle to improve every aspect of life.

    January is always a quiet month for photoshoots as we’re building back momentum after the Christmas break.

    But it’s now off to the races! Photoshoots are one of the best “accelerators” for this journey. It ramps up accountability, raises the stakes and gets you through the 1st two phases of the RNT Method FAST.

    Over the past ten years, I’ve tried every diet, every macro split and every gimmick out there.

    Some of the diets I’ve tried didn’t work well for me specifically, so I won’t classify these as mistakes.

    For example, I know I don’t do well on high fat, low carb diets, but I know plenty of people who feel and function much better when carbs are lower.

    This isn’t a mistake on my part, it was part of the learning process that everyone needs to go through to find the right diet that works for their lifestyle.

    Bhavin’s goal at the start was to get into the best shape of his life with his busy lifestyle. He achieved this in 2022.

    Since 2023, his goal has evolved to build as much muscle as possible, whilst creating a lifestyle solution that gets him results DESPITE a relentless work and travel schedule.
