    INGREDIENTS:
    Tomato
    Onions
    Garlic
    Ginger paste
    Mustard seeds
    Quorn Mince
    Black pepper
    Turmeric
    Coriander

    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Pulse a tomato in a blender with some onions garlic and ginger paste.
    2. Heat oil in the pan with some mustard seeds until they start popping
    3. Add in the tomato mixture with quorn along with a few spices – black pepper, turmeric, coriander
