And if you’re ready to transform your body using evidence-based insights, this is for you…

Introducing RNT BioHealth™

You might feel fine. You might even look great.

But under the surface, things could be brewing and by the time symptoms show, it’s often too late.

That’s why we’ve created RNT BioHealth™.

This is a cutting-edge health optimisation system that combines clinical-grade blood testing, personalised coaching, and biomarker insights to elevate performance and prevent future health risks.

Our new health optimisation system goes beyond aesthetics to optimise energy, performance, and longevity from the inside out.

We’re opening exclusive early access only to those on the list.

Details drop next week.

In the meantime, let’s dive into this week’s Transformation Thursday Newsletter …

3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better

1. Pinned vs Intuitive Eating

Want to get rid of the food noise?

Don’t rely on intuition when starting out. It can be masked by emotion, stress and exhaustion.

Instead, take out the decisions surrounding food with ‘pinned’ eating times and planned meals.

This is how you get through the busier moments in life while staying on plan.

How to do it:
  1. Pick 3 or 4 times in the day you will eat.
  2. Plan what you will eat in each meal.
  3. Make sure there’s a source of protein.

If you’d like to learn more about ‘pinned eating’, you’ll love this podcast with Dr. Jane Ogden.

2. Struggling With Skinny Fat? Cut Before You Bulk

If you're skinny fat and wondering where to start, the first step is trimming body fat, not bulking.

Cutting helps you become more insulin-sensitive and gives you a “muscle-building buffer,” preventing you from becoming a bigger version of your current self.

Aim to lean down until you can see your obliques and some ab definition. Not shredded, just athletic.

(By the way, if you missed it, I released a podcast on this topic few weeks back here)

3. Use Performance Goals To Stay Focused

When physical changes feel slow, shift your focus to performance.

Set clear gym targets, like hitting a certain squat weight or improving your pull-ups, to stay motivated and locked in.

Build pre-lift rituals that dial in your intensity: music, visualisation, or tracking in a logbook.

Because when the numbers move, the physique follows.
