    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better


    1. Build Your “Travel Food Kit”

    If you're going away, pack smart. For example:
    • 2 or 3 protein bars
    • Ziplock oats + scoop of whey
    • Tuna or chicken pouches
    • Greens powder sachets
    • Electrolyte tabs

    This gives you back-up meals and boosts consistency when you're out of routine.

    2. Don’t Drop From 100 To 0. Learn To Cruise At 80

    Summer might not be a 10/10 execution phase but you don’t need to crash and burn. 

    Use August to master the art of being at an 80%, even during holidays or social events. That’s what creates a sustainable lifestyle.

    Most throw the towel in during the summer, when maintenance itself can be a great result!

    3. Use the 5-Minute Rule When You Want to Skip a Task

    Feeling low motivation? 

    Tell yourself you'll do just 5 minutes of your planned task, whether it’s walking, meal prep or logging food. Most of the time, you’ll keep going.

    This is great if you’re used to 45-60 minute workouts - just do the first exercise!
