    2. Nobody cares about your food choices (A message from RNT Coach Ivan)

    Do you remember that time you were driving home from a social event and you couldn’t stop talking about the person who didn’t want to eat anything?

    Yeah, me neither.

    Contrary to our beliefs, nobody cares about our food choices more than us.

    We are the ones who create the story in our minds that saying “no” is the hardest thing in the world.

    “But I just want to be polite” is a common phrase we hear.

    Have you considered that you can “politely” say no and still be the hoot of the party by actually being fun to be around?

    Last time I checked, being polite had more to do with how you converse with others along with how you make them feel.

    Not how much food you consume!

    3. The heaviest weight is the front door

    I can’t remember where I heard it - I think it may have been from James Clear, but I love this saying.

    The hardest thing is getting the shoes on, preparing the meals, filling the water bottle…

    Because once you’re in it, you’re in it!


    RNT Member Spotlight - Daksha🏆

    Daksha reached a significant milestone at the end of 2022 – she hit the big 40! 

    After all the high of celebrating died down and Daksa was feeling content, her mood turned reflective. 

    Her birthday prompted her to take stock of her life so far and look on to the path that lay ahead. 

    Daksha works full-time and is mum to two young children. She didn’t believe she had the time for anything more. 

    Committing to the demands of a fitness programme seemed unthinkable! 

    So, when Daksha’s husband, Devin, heard about RNT, he was convinced that this was the best thing for both of them. 

    She wasn’t sure she could stick to a programme (they’d tried and failed a few times)
