I’m a 43 year old father of 2 that works long days and travels frequently. I’ve always kept relatively active and for the past 3 years I’ve had a personal trainer for 2 sessions a week. Despite this, I was disappointed with the results I was getting. I was putting in a bunch of work just to stay the same. I often discussed training with a friend of mine and we were both in a similar position. We hadn’t spoken for a few months and when I asked him how his training was going he told me he had been training with RNT and sent me a picture of his transformation. I couldn’t believe it!
